Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
4. Scope Changes

5. Payment Terms

6. Expenses and Third-Party Costs
The client may be responsible for additional third-party costs, including:
- Software licence's
- Cloud hosting
- Domain registrations
- SSL certificates
- Hardware and equipment
- API or third-party service fees
- Travel and accommodation
- Specialist services
Such costs will be communicated to the client where reasonably practicable.
7. Discounts
Discounts may be offered at the company's discretion based on factors such as:
- Long-term contracts
- Volume of services
- Annual prepayment
- Multiple-service agreements
- Promotional campaigns
Discounts are not guaranteed and may be subject to specific terms and conditions.
8. Price Changes

Approval of a quotation, proposal, order, or service agreement constitutes acceptance of the applicable pricing and payment terms.
13. Policy Review
This Pricing Policy may be reviewed and updated periodically to reflect changes in business operations, market conditions, services, or applicable laws.
